Dansez Supports GradPro 25
We are passionate about supporting the next generation of professional dancers, which is why we are thrilled once again to be a part of this year’s GradPro Finals. Founded by Julie Bowers, Co-Founder and Executive Producer of GradPro and Brandon Lawrence, Principal Dancer at Ballet Zürich, this groundbreaking platform gives the UK’s most talented graduate dancers the opportunity to launch their professional careers.
Julie’s drive to help talented dancers secure work and placements in top dance companies around the world is unrivaled. Through GradPro, she has created a vital stepping stone for graduates, bridging the gap between training and professional opportunities, ensuring they get the exposure and support they need to thrive.
As a founding partner of GradPro, Dansez has been committed to its mission from the very beginning. This year, we’re continuing that support by donating over £2,000 worth of stunning dancewear from our Kent-based studio, ensuring these talented performers have beautiful, high-quality pieces to support their training and performances. In addition, we are awarding £1,000 in cash prizes and Dansez vouchers to the top winners, giving them a well-deserved boost as they step into the industry.
Samantha Carney, Managing Director of Dansez, shared her excitement about the ongoing partnership:
"GradPro is an incredible initiative that nurtures and celebrates emerging talent, something we at Dansez are deeply passionate about. As one of the original partners, we’re proud to continue supporting these exceptional dancers with both dancewear and financial backing, helping them step into their professional careers with confidence."High quality, sustainable dancewear plays a big part in dancer confidence and their movement. We can’t wait to see the finalists in action and celebrate their achievements — best of luck to all the incredible dancers taking part!
