Delivery of your order

Delivery times apply after your order has been dispatched, not once you have placed your order.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive notification from Royal Mail via email.  You will have the option to add further instructions, change delivery date or add a preferred safe place / neighbour for your parcel to be left with if you're not in.
We are not responsible for your order getting to you once it has left our premises.  Should your order not be delivered when you expect it to be, please check the tracking information you will have been provided with and contact Royal Mail in the first instance.
If your order has not been received after 10 working days from date of dispatch notification, please contact us and we will look into the situation for you.

For UK orders; should you wish for your order to be shipped using a 24 Tracked service; we will require an additional £1.00 to be paid.  Please contact us after placing your order to arrange this.

Overseas Orders 

You will be required to pay duties and taxes, along with any collection fees, to local customs upon receipt.   These costs are not included within your order total and are calculated based on the value of your order by the country the goods are imported to.  The cost of import charges differ from country to country and we are unable to advise on the amount you will have to pay to take delivery of your order.

If the due charges are not paid, the order will be returned back to Dansez.  We are not responsible for settling any outstanding customs charges and these will be added to your order value should we receive notification they require payment. We will require postage to be paid to for the returned order to be resent to you.
