COACHING IN YOUR SCHOOL
Dansez and Principal Dancer Brandon Lawrence are launching the BL by Dansez Masterclass series this November, an initiative designed to bring high-level professional dance training directly into UK dance schools. This allows dancers to learn from Brandon in a familiar setting, alongside their own teachers and classmates, making top-tier training more accessible and affordable. The programme will be hosted within the studios of selected schools that already partner with Dansez and wear their bespoke dance clothes.

INSPIRATIONAL
Brandon Lawrence brings an extraordinary depth of experience and artistry to this new series. Brandon trained at the prestigious Royal Ballet School before joining Birmingham Royal Ballet in 2011, where he became Principal Dancer in 2019.
Since the 2023/24 season, Brandon has been Principal Dancer with Ballett Zürich under the direction of Cathy Marston, continuing to perform a diverse repertoire that combines classical tradition with innovative contemporary work
Alongside his performing career, Brandon is also a qualified dance teacher, having completed his teaching qualification with BBO Dance. He continues to share his passion for dance through teaching and is also proud to be a Patron of BBOdance, NEBT and Voices of British Ballet.

SUPPORTING ALL DANCERS
The new masterclass series has been designed to support dancers at every stage of their journey. Alongside open recreational classes and more technical sessions, dancers will have the opportunity to experience Brandon’s teaching in an inspiring and welcoming environment, while more advanced students can take part in private one-to-one coaching sessions.
These sessions provide a rare opportunity for dancers to work directly with Brandon on their own personal goals, whether developing technical skills, improving performance quality, preparing for auditions or exploring specific areas of their dance journey.
