Supporting the bbodance Scholars Scheme

We are passionate about supporting young dancers and giving back to the community that inspires us. That’s why we’re proud to once again support the bbodance Scholars Scheme for 2025–26 — helping over 60 talented students take the next step in their dance journeys.

Each year, Dansez funds a place on the scheme, ensuring a young dancer can continue their training in Classical Ballet and Jazz with some of the UK’s most respected teachers, including bbodance Artistic Director Anita Young MBE.

The Scholars Scheme has an incredible legacy, with alumni like Brandon Lawrence, now a Soloist at Ballet Zurich and bbodance Patron.

Scholars and bbodance students can wear our sustainably made uniform, handcrafted in Kent using regenerated fabric created from ocean plastics and waste materials.

We’re honoured to play a part in nurturing the next generation of dancers — helping them move confidently into the future while caring for the planet they dance on.
